Your enquiry details

When you request a conversation, we collect the name, business name and activity, email, optional phone number, reply and language preferences and information you provide about your workflow. We also record the submission time, page or campaign source, and your agreement to contact about this request.

We use this information to review your enquiry and respond in your preferred channel. Please do not submit sensitive customer information, passwords or financial details.

Enquiries are saved in a private lead database. If email delivery is enabled, enquiry details are sent to our business inbox and a request acknowledgement is sent to your email through our email service provider. The website is hosted on our existing server in St. Louis, United States. Resend processes email delivery, and our Google Workspace business inbox receives enquiries. These hosting and email services process data to operate those services.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting info@bafolysystems.com. We review requests and any applicable record-keeping requirements.

We retain enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting business relationship. Contact us about information you no longer wish us to hold.

This page does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The form uses a temporary random request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. Your browser also stores your language preference on this device; you can change it using the English and Français links.
